Our Purpose
HCL is organized for the purpose of creating and sustaining safe, healthy and affordable housing for those in need, the making a distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provisions of any future United states Internal Revenue Law)as well as any other charitable and lawful purpose, as authorized by state law.
Charlton Jordan – Executive Director, Healthy Community Living Inc.
Charlton Jordan serves as the Executive Director of Healthy Community Living Inc., where he leads strategic initiatives to empower communities and support underserved populations. Drawing on his extensive expertise in education, counseling, and community leadership, he implements programs that foster growth, resilience, and long-term success.
Charlton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from CSU Fresno, where he also obtained teaching credentials, showcasing his strong foundation in communication and education. He furthered his studies with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University, solidifying his ability to guide individuals toward personal growth and self-awareness.
With a steadfast commitment to community service, Charlton has collaborated with families and organizations nationwide, offering valuable insights into leadership development and business improvements. He has dedicated significant time to supporting at-risk youth and homeless populations across various states, demonstrating his passion for social impact.
